Sondre is an engineer-turned-coach who began calisthenics at 21 and reached the Street Workout World Cup Finals just four years later. During his engineering studies he started coaching for free, using the opportunity to develop and refine his training system with hundreds of people from different backgrounds. That system has since helped over 10,000 people build real bodyweight strength and learn to handstand from scratch, grounded in more than 10 years of coaching, research, and constant refinement.
