What you get:

  • All you need to create an efficient program for bodyweight strength training.

  • Continuous support through messaging services for 2 months

  • Review of your current status regarding your calisthenics goals

  • Review of your current programming approach

  • 3x 50 minute private video meetings to give feedback on current status, introduce new drills and programming concepts, and discuss other relevant topics. First meeting is booked in form above. Consecutive 2 meetings are planned after first meeting (maximum 2 months between 1st and 3rd meeting)

  • Downloadable Recording of video meetings

  • Downloadable video files of relevant drills with technical pointers

  • Downloadable follow-along video of relevant warm-up

  • Downloadable video of wrist/elbow/shoulder health routine for injury prevention

What’s required from you?

  1. Book available slot for first meeting above (very limited availability)

  2. You will receive a form to be filled out together with relevant video files you need to upload (you will get more details in separate email).

  3. You need a stable internet connection for our private session and space enough to exercise. If any equipment is needed, I will let you know (but most likely not).

  4. We use google meet for our video call, so download the app. I will send you a link to our meeting.

  5. I recommend using your smartphone for the video meeting. This way it is easy to adjust the video angels for better view of various drills.
